About Me
In my own life I have had to face many challenges, find my own strength and rely on my inner resources. This is why I became a counsellor.
In my search for answers I needed help and support and had to dig deep in my own resources to help me feel more confident, happy and creative.
This is where I developed a great interest in personal development, which has in turn, turned out to be the work I was born to do.
We are all unique; people find different ways which help them to change.
I know you can change, I have been on this journey and have worked with many people for over fifteen years, in various capacities, from all walks of life and have seen great results.
I have various relevant qualifications and I am committed to my own continuing personal development. Most of all I bring my passion to this work, so that I can continue helping others exceed their personal and professional aspirations.
I am also the founding Director of C P Counselling & Consulting Ltd :a renowned and respected counselling and holistic company whose valued clients include Camden Local Authority, Victim Support and Paddington Churches Housing Association.
