The modern world we live in is a world where we are constantly rushing around and lead very stressful and hectic lives. Many of us have lost the ability to relax and take time out for ourselves.
It’s vital we pause and reflect – our health and happiness depends on it.
You cannot avoid stress altogether, - but you can do a great deal to take back control.
Successful stress management comes down to a willingness to adopt the right habits on a daily basis - to stop stress building up, as well as being able to take action to control stress levels when things "boil up".

Through my work, I have identified that Stress is one of the biggest barriers to personal development and achieving a life of purpose, passion and peace, hence I have dedicated a large part of my work to stress management particularly relaxation, to promote health and wellbeing.
I trained at the Centre for Stress Management and I am a full member of The Stress Management Society.
