Counselling for Low Mood or Depression

Are you:
Feeling lonely, even when you are amongst others?
Losing interest, motivation or enjoyment in things you previously enjoyed?
Feeling unhappy or tired most of the time?
At times it may seem as if nothing anyone says or does can help you feel better. You might have tried some self- help techniques; well- meaning relatives or friends may have offered to help and even suggested that you ”cheer up”.
However there are things that you can do which can make a huge difference.
Counselling for depression can help you to:
• Find new ways to improve your mood and reduce depressive symptoms
• Get things off your chest
• Examine your thoughts and feelings from your perspective and get you feeling like yourself again
Everything you say remains confidential.
You will not be asked to share anything you don’t feel comfortable with, we will work together at a pace that suits you.
Appointments
I have a flexible appointment system; appointments are usually offered within seven days.
Appointments start as early as 8.00 a.m. or as late as 8.00 pm.
I offer face to face and telephone counselling, this can be short term or long term.
Experience
I have counselled many people, (both men and women) who have experienced low mood, anxiety and depression. And I know from experience that it is possible for the negative self talk to disappear you can move on, and start to enjoy life again.
